Abir is a co-founder at Sarvada Legal specialising in competition law in Sarvada Legal. He has represented clients on competition law issues across all industry segments including e-commerce, digital markets, auto parts and automobile, stock exchange, aviation, oil & gas, entertainment, government procurement, fast moving consumer goods, chemicals and radio taxi among others.
He has advised clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Abir has represented clients on issues relating to competition law across various forums including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan, Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, National Company Law Tribunal in Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Competition Commission of India and erstwhile Competition Appellate Tribunal. His primary focus is in antitrust litigation.
