Aman Shankar
Advocate
Aman Shankar is an advocate and a part of Competition law and Disputes Resolution team at Sarvada Legal. He has appeared in various civil and commercial disputes before the various Courts and Tribunals in Delhi and regularly advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Aman has graduated from Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA with a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree.
He specialises in the Technology law matters and related advisory as well as Competition law and has assisted and represented several clients before the Competition Commission of India and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), including the various high-stake matters pertaining to digital markets. He has also assisted the clients before the NCLT for Insolvency matters.
Aman regularly writes on the topical issues related to law, technology and digital markets and has various publications in his name which includes publication with leading legal news publishers like Bar and Bench. Aman has also worked as a research associate for a Book titled – “Internet law – Regulating Cyberspace and Emerging Technologies” published by Bloomsbury London.
