Vivek Pandey is a part of Competition Law and Dispute Resolution practice at Sarvada Legal. He has extensively worked on a range of issues in competition law, both on enforcement and combination side, including several matters pertaining to competition in digital market. He has also worked extensively in general commercial litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and Tribunals & quasi-judicial bodies including the NCLAT, NCLT, APTEL, CCI, NCDRC and PMLA/ FEMA Appellate Tribunal.

Vivek has also handled several institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations before Arbitral Tribunal and has also assisted clients in arbitration related litigation before the Courts. He also regularly advises clients on various nische issues such as legal metrology, data privacy, BIS and other regulatory issues. He is a 2020 graduate from Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA.
