Rahul Kumar

Rahul is a recent graduate from Law College Dehradun Faculty of Uttaranchal University, specializing in commercial arbitration and white collar. Rahul is a part of Sarvada’s Dispute Resolution Team.
During his undergrad, He has extensively interned with the Hon’ble Judges of the Supreme Court of India, law firms, Advocates and Arbitrators including Arbitral Institutions across the globe. Rahul also had a short stint with United Nations Dispute Tribunal (UNDT) as an intern. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is also a nominated young member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. He is the editor of the prestigious Indian Law Institute Journal.
Rahul regularly writes and publishes on matters concerning Commercial Arbitration, Mediation and law of Contract. His fun time includes playing chess, travelling and humming on the melodies of 60s.
