Rahul is a part of the Dispute Resolution practice at Sarvada Legal, with core interest in Tax and Abitration. He has represented and advised clients on complex commercial disputes before Institutional (SIAC, ICC, HKIAC, DIAC) as well as ad-hoc arbitral tribunals. He has also advised and represented clients on myriad tax and classification disputes before all forums.

He regularly advises clients on issues arising from the Data Protection laws, Environmental Laws, BIS Act, Companies Act (issue of Oppression & Mismanagement), Legal Metrology Act & Rules, & other regulatory laws. He is also hands-on in drafting & vetting several contracts and agreements pertaining to infrastructure, construction, FIDIC based contracts, business services, supply-chain, land acquisition, privacy policy, to name a few for several multinational companies.
