Pooja is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary having 8+ years of professional experience in the domain of Direct and Indirect Taxation. She has represented organizations in legal matters related to taxation in both manufacturing and service industries across her stint with multiple organizations.

Prior to joining Sarvada Legal, Pooja gained valuable experience working with diverse industries such as mining & metals and insurance, to name a few. Her main focus was managing PAN India litigations, indirect tax planning and providing tax advisory services to various stakeholders. Additionally, she played a crucial role in developing and maintaining best practices to manage regulatory compliances.

At Sarvada, Pooja handles cases where she represents clients before Indian and International authorities in their respective jurisdictions involving investigations concerning trade remedy laws such as anti-dumping duties, countervailing duties, and safeguard duties etc. Additionally, her responsibilities encompass providing advisory services to clients on a wide range of matters under various laws including Customs, GST, Foreign Trade Policy, FTAs and other associated legal laws.
